Hari Sangat Kaur
Hari Sangat Kaur ( Carrie Kane) is co-owner of Golden Prana. She has enjoyed the ride of teaching and managing the Studio and loves the interaction with her Conscious Community.
As a massage therapist for many years, she has found her knowledge of the body to be invaluable to her work with students. "I love being with students who are committed to their own growth and awareness. It is so satisfying to see students enter a class feeling one way and leave feeling entirely transformed."
Kundalini provides an endless, ever deeper exploration into the inner self.
Her mission as a teacher is to maintain the purity of the practice and deliver the teachings as taught by Yogi Bhajan so that others may experience the safe container of their own Beautiful Soul and to trust their highest consciousness.
Amy is a Guided Meditation leader and Reiki Master Practitioner certified in Usui and Karuna Reiki. Her journey into healing started at a young age when she became aware of her deep sensitivity. She finds healing others inspiring, and uses Reiki and meditation to help others on their individual path to healing.
Jodi's ISHTA inspired classes are challenging yet offer modifications to suit the needs of every student. Her goal as a teacher is to offer students what she discovered in her trainings with Alan Finger–the inner wisdom and awareness that leads to an intentional practice which honors the physical, spiritual and emotional self in each moment, as it is.
For Jennifer, yoga has always been like the art she creates–a boundless expression of passion, grace, imagination, and strength. Her teaching style emphasizes the physical, intellectual and emotional benefits of yoga and mindfulness. She is a certified instructor with Yoga Alliance, and studies and teaches many disciplines of yoga as well as a deep practice of meditation. Jennifer creates blissful experiences throughout the Hudson Valley and has a spiritual wellness shop in Katonah right at Golden Prana.
Gurdaat Kaur finds great joy in sharing the teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Many years ago she was blessed to find and practice with a wonderful KY teacher, Anne Novak in Woodbury Ct. Since then she has completed the level one teacher training and also embraced the Sikh Faith as her spiritual practice and way of life.
Hardev Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga and Yoga+Art teacher. Intending to become aware of and live her Soul purpose, she explores yoga, healing modalities including art therapy, shamanism, Family Constellation therapy and and esoteric studies like tarot, astrology and numerology. Her given name is Beth(any) Sax.
Elizabeth is a Mind-Body practitioner for both individual and groups, and has received extensive training at the world renowned Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington, D.C. She incorporates imagery, breath work, meditation, mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques and Kundalini yoga technology into her work to create clarity, self-awareness, and stress reduction for her clients to live happier, more fulfilling lives.
Nana Kiret Deva is a long time yoga devotee and teacher since 2002. Her approach to liberation and healing are through chanting, physical exercise, projection and hands-on touch. She teaches and heals others with deep compassion and love. She is a channel that delivers light from the Divine Creative Force.
Deirdre is a native of Katonah who has studied holistic therapies for over 30 years. She is a national board certified health and wellness coach, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Master Yoga teacher of the ISHTA Lineage, and ordained minister of spiritual healing and counseling. She teaches and counsels individuals in practices that optimize their best health and happiness.
