Hari Sangat Kaur ( Carrie Kane) is the owner of Golden Prana. She has enjoyed the ride of teaching and managing the Studio and loves the interaction with her Conscious Community.
As a massage therapist for many years, she has found her knowledge of the body to be invaluable to her work with students. "I love being with students who are committed to their own growth and awareness. It is so satisfying to see students enter a class feeling one way and leave feeling entirely transformed." Kundalini provides an endless, ever deeper exploration into the inner self. Her mission as a teacher is to maintain the purity of the practice and deliver the teachings in a clear form so that students may experience the safe container of their own Beautiful Soul and to trust their highest consciousness.
Phoebe Conant
Phoebe was first introduced to Kundalini yoga in 2004, but it wasn’t until 2018 that she began practicing regularly. Phoebe’s love and reverence for the technology of kundalini yoga is apparent in all of her classes. Combining both a logical and intuitive approach with a heart centered awareness and accuracy of the original teachings, you can expect to leave class with an expanded knowledge and awareness through both intellectual understanding and felt experience.
Elizabeth Gabor
Elizabeth is a Mind-Body practitioner for both individual and groups, and has received extensive training at the world renowned Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington, D.C. She incorporates imagery, breath work, meditation, mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques and Kundalini yoga technology into her work to create clarity, self-awareness, and stress reduction for her clients to live happier, more fulfilling lives.

Siri Brahma Kaur Khalsa has been a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher since 2010. She has studied with many senior teachers and is certified to teach SuperHealth, Yogic Science for Addictive Behavior with Mukta Kaur Khalsa, Y12SR with Nicki Meyers, and mostly recently studied Kundalini Yoga for Trauma Recovery with Shanti Shanti Kaur Khalsa. Siri Brahma moves from a place of deep integrity and gives herself fully. She is a genuine leader who seeks and inspires ongoing development and improvement in her undertakings, and has led to her authentic open heart from which to live and teach.
Hardev Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga and Yoga+Art teacher. Intending to become aware of and live her Soul purpose, she explores yoga, healing modalities including art therapy, shamanism, Family Constellation therapy and and esoteric studies like tarot, astrology and numerology.
