Meet Our Team
Hari Sangat Kaur
(Carrie Kane)

Hari Sangat Kaur ( Carrie Kane) is the owner of Golden Prana. She has enjoyed the ride of teaching and managing the Studio and loves the interaction with her Conscious Community.

As a massage therapist for many years, she has found her knowledge of the body to be invaluable to her work with students. "I love being with students who are committed to their own growth and awareness. It is so satisfying to see students enter a class feeling one way and leave feeling entirely transformed." Kundalini  provides an endless, ever deeper exploration into the inner self. Her mission as a teacher is to maintain the purity of the practice and deliver the teachings in a clear form so that students may experience the safe container of their own Beautiful Soul and to trust their highest consciousness.

Jennifer Llewellyn

For Jennifer, yoga has always been like the art she creates–a boundless expression of passion, grace, imagination, and strength. Her teaching style emphasizes the physical, intellectual and emotional benefits of yoga and mindfulness. She is a certified instructor with Yoga Alliance, and studies and teaches many disciplines of yoga as well as a deep practice of meditation. Jennifer creates blissful experiences throughout the Hudson Valley and has a spiritual wellness shop in Katonah right at Golden Prana.
