Aquarian Sadhana is an early morning practice that includes Japji - a meditative chanted prayer, yoga Kriyas (exercises), meditation, and 62 min. of chanting meditation. This is done before sunrise because the angle of the sun to the earth is conducive for meditation. The quiet time of the hour is supportive to going deeper within to cleanse the subconscious and set the body and mind to have a greater awareness for the day ahead. Sadhana gives us commitment, consistency, and wisdom as we surrender the ego to the heart.
